CREAM RECIPE
3 egg yoke (beated)
60g sugar
20g  flour (sheft)
200cc milk (use a low fat milk if you like)
pintch of vanilla extract OR a little brandi
100cc wipped cream (beated)

1. mix together 3 egg yoke, 60g sugar and 20g flour
2. in a pot add 200cc milk than slowly add the step 1 mixture and some vanilla extract or some brandi. (COOK ON A LOW HEAT UNTIL WARM)
3. cook til the mixture start to thicken
4. let the mixture cool (cover with plastic wrap)
5. after the mixture is compeletly cool, add the wipped cream
6.  ready =)
7. you could cut the puff in half (all the way or 3/4, punch a hole on top or anyway you like) than stuff in the cream

Cream Puff Recipe

PUFF RECIPE
60g unsalted butter (room temperature)
70g flour (sheft and flour before use, a strainner will do the trick)
2-3 eggs beated ( add the third one if needed)
100cc cold water
pintch of sugar
pintch of salt

1. preheat the oven 400 bake
2. in a pot add:  water, salt, sugar and butter. (cook til it butter melted and start boiling, than turn off the        stove)
3. add flour slowly
4. add egg slowly (stir well until mixture is thick like a paste)
5. use a spoon to scoope the puff douph onto the cooking pan
6. use your finger to shape the puff ( need to dap your finger in water before you shape ur puff)
7. put the puff in the oven ( spray mists of water before closing the oven door)
8. bake at 400 degree (IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO NOT OPEN THE OVEN DURING BAKING)
9. bake for 15-20minutes
10. after 15-20 minutes turn the heat lower to 340 degree and bake for 10 more minutes
11. take out of the oven, place them on a rack to set and cool off
12. puff.... DONE =)
